Yesterday I set up a Patreon. It was the last day to get grandfathered in on the founding rate structure. I'd debated doing it (despite the fact that as of yet nothing exists in connection with this name), then opted not to (because nothing yet exists in connection with this name, and I am not planning on a publication strategy optimized for crowdfunding), but then did it twelve hours under the wire because I apparently can't resist doing things under the wire. Then I set up a Ko-Fi, too, because if I have a Patreon I might as well. Note that I have not yet actually bothered to set up any payment information for either account, let alone publicity, because there is no there there. I'm currently thinking the Ko-Fi will be just passive, and I may treat the Patreon as an Instagram feed with occasional micro-fiction or updates when updates are a thing; but who knows.

Anyway, the Patreon and Ko-Fi exist, and may be highlighted somewhere in the future, as opposed to a blog post that partially explains why yesterday was a bust editing-wise.
